The Advisory Committee assists Tembo in various ways. They participate in project evaluation and implementation, student selection and monitoring, group training for business and the Virtues Project. The Canadian agents make all decisions regarding expenditure of funds, but the Advisory Committee disburses authorised funds when no agents are present.

Caroline NanjalaCaroline is a student in Social Work. She has worked in our computer school and serves as secretary for the Advisory Committee. She has worked with micro finance groups and is leading basic entrepreneurial training. |
